What is Apple AirPlay?

Apple AirPlay 2 (now called just AirPlay) is a wireless technology that lets you stream music from your Apple devices to all our 100 Series models over Wi-Fi. More flexible than Bluetooth, AirPlay lets you stream music to our 100 Series models directly from apps such as Apple Music, BBC Sounds and many more, in high resolution sound. AirPlay also allows you to create an easy to manage multiroom system, allowing you to play the same song on two or more 100 Series products or other AirPlay compatible speakers at the same time, using your Apple device to control the playback and volume of each unit.
