I suddenly have poor DAB/FM radio reception!

If you have added our R-CD100 CD player to your 100 Series product, please ensure that the USB cable is dressed so it does not touch or come close to the telescopic aerial. Dressing the cable correctly should restore normal radio reception. Internet radio is not affected by this.

Radios, like TVs, need a strong signal. The supplied telescopic aerial—fully extended and upright—usually works well but if you’re in a remote area or a building with steel frames or thick walls, an external aerial is recommended. Even in strong-signal areas, an external aerial can improve performance and increase station range.
