How does Spotify Connect work?

Spotify Connect is currently the worlds most popular music streaming service and allows you to stream music over Wi-Fi from Spotify to select models in our R-Series range. Unlike Bluetooth it does not drain battery power, because the Connect service pushes music directly to these models over Wi-Fi rather than going through your device. This means that you can take calls and messages without interruption or even switch off your device completely.
